Dedicated to You!Tim is a lifelong Down River resident, specializing in residential real estate sales.
In Tim’s spare time (?), he enjoys acting in local theatre productions – you may have recognized him as ‘Captain Von Trapp’ in ‘The Sound of Music’ and as ‘Professor Henry Higgins’ in ‘My Fair Lady’, both for Trenton Community Players.
Tim recently donated the royalties to Trenton Community Players for "During Regular Business Hours", an adult comedy he wrote. This donation raised close to Two Thousand Dollars to the group.

In 2007, Tim was recognized by the Down River Association of Realtors with "The Good Neighbor Award" for outstanding and dedicated contributions to the betterment of our Down River community.
